Dinner Suit - Black Tie Function/Party?
Would it be incorrect to wear a Waist Coat and Cummerbund with a Dinner Suit? Is it also proper to wear Medals on a dinner jacket whilst attending a civillian black tie function and a Pocket Watch with chain attached to the waist coat?

b. medals - military or civilian awards? no military medals unless it is a military function and then they would be dress medals (the minature ones).
c. you could wear a watch and chain but, as I say, a cummerbund is the "norm" in the UK.

Do you consider yourself a more traditional and laid back couple? Check out more traditional invitations such as glossed white with silver scroll writing or gold embossed invitations. If you consider yourself a worldly, traveling couple, look for invitations that represent your passion – vibrant colors mixed with sand beige can create a tropical look to your invitations.
